Please note that the annual meeting of the Homeowners Association will take place on
Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 7:00 pm at the Old Miakka United Methodist Church, 1620 Myakka Road, Sarasota, Fl, 34240.
Directions: South on Verna Road from SR70 past Fruitville. The road becomes Miakka
Road. Church is on the right past Jomar Road.

All existing Board members are willing to continue serving another term. If you would like your name added to the ballot for Board of Directors to help guide the future of your community, please contact the Board by Saturday, March 28th. We intend to send out the ballot by April 1st.
