   Allen, the main agenda of the Board’s first meeting was to become familiar with one another, appoint officers, assign roles, and establish communication protocol. Furthermore, the Board experienced scheduling issues resulting in the meeting being agreed upon in short notice. Future meetings will be more conducive to general membership participation and publicized well in advance. For example, the next meeting schedule has been posted for several days already.
