Waste Management Irma Waste Pickup

The Board of Directors has contacted Manatee County Utilities on multiple occasions (most recently on 11/7) to inform them that Saddlebag Creek Ranches is still waiting for Irma debris removal. We were informed that 74% of Manatee County residents have already received pickup. They thanked us for our patience and said it will most likely be picked up in the next 2 weeks and to allow “a little” more time since we are a deed restricted neighborhood.

Bridle Trail Update – Wetlands Areas

The HOA Board of Directors has investigated the issue of bridle trails that infringe in wetlands areas. Per SWFWMD we are NOT permitted to maintain or utilize the trail where it infringes on wetland areas. As such, SWFWMD has ruled that the part of the bridle path along the McCord and Parker properties is an area we cannot encroach upon.
